Solve any of your booking and cancellation issues with these step by step instructions. We have also added some FAQ's to help you solve your problems faster.

 
 

Booking Classes

Book a Single Class:

1. Click 'Details' on the desired session.

2. Click 'Register for Single Class' (Blue Button).

3. Your registration will be confirmed on the system and an email will be sent to you for reference.

 

Book Recurring Class:

1. Click 'Details' on the desired session.

2. Click 'Reserve "Day" at "Time"’ (Orange Button).

3. Select how many recurring sessions you'd like to attend by selecting a start date and when you'd like the class to end. Then click 'Reserve' to confirm.

4. Your registration will be confirmed on the system and an email will be sent to you for reference.

 

Cancelling Classes

Cancel a Single Class:

You can cancel a class at any time up until the session starts, but to keep your class credit, you need to give 12 hours notice.

1. Find the class you'd like to cancel and click 'Leave'

2. Confirm the cancellation by clicking 'Yes, Unregister'

This will only cancel this particular session and will not unregister your recurring classes.

3. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you via email.

 

Cancel Recurring Classes:

1. Go to 'My Account'

2. Scroll down to 'Registrations' and click 'Details'

3. Scroll down and click 'Cancel Reservation'

4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking 'Cancel Reservation'

5. Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you via email.

 

FAQ's

 

How far in advance can I cancel a class?
You can cancel your class at any time before the session has started, however to keep your class credit 12 hours notice must be given. Please make sure you do cancel your spot if you cannot make the class, as it frees up a space for clients that may want to join that class.

The class I'd like to book is full, how do I get in if someone cancels?
Full classes are signified with lines across their box. You can click 'Join Waitlist' on a full class that you'd like to attend. If a space comes up at least 24 hours before the class starts the first person on the waitlist will be added. This will automatically take any available credit, or will prompt you if you do not have any credits available. If it is within the 24 hours before the class starts you will receive an email to offer you the available space, however you will have 90 minutes to reply before the offer expires.

I've cancelled a class this month, how do I rebook a class for next month?
Class credits are assigned per month and must be used within that month. Any unused credits will be gone. In special circumstances, however, we can carry credits over. Please just speak to us to arrange this.
