Gail has always been a fitness enthusiast, working Pilates, yoga, and gym sessions in and around her day-job as a biologist in the pharmaceutical industry.

In 2015, following a period of poor heath and a series of events in her personal life, she decided to take a career break and retrained as a mat Pilates instructor and subsequently added reformer, barre and aerial yoga to her repertoire. As a molecular biologist and a DNAFit®️certified practitioner, Gail likes to add evidence-based biohacking into her fitness and wellbeing regimen and is always striving to be-better & do-better, both for herself and her clients.

Gail likes to deliver fun, challenging classes, with the aim of helping others see, and more importantly feel, positive and progressive change; walking away a little taller, feeling a little stronger — hopefully with a smile on their faces!
