Pippa is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Pilates instructor with over 10,000 hours of experience in teaching movement and recovery in various forms. Starting her journey in professional musical theatre, she has spent over a decade professionally mastering the biomechanics of the body to help clients achieve peak physical conditioning and long-term wellbeing. Her approach to teaching Pilates blends athletic strength with functional precision, and a clear focus on connecting breath to movement. Her classes are technical, fluid and light hearted to make it all the more enjoyable too! As a qualified Oxygen Advantage Coach, Bodyworker and Coach, Pip works with a diverse range clients from Paralympic athletes to fitness enthusiasts, to those simply looking to grasp the initial foundations of wellbeing. Pippa makes advanced knowledge accessible and easy for everyone to build "strength with grace”. Currently completing a diploma in Myofascial Release Therapy, she ensures every session not only progresses her students' strength and ability, but also supports the body’s structural integrity and recovery. Her holistic perspective integrates her diverse expertise to support clients in achieving both peak physical condition and long-term wellbeing in body and mind.
